Speaking: Personal experience of Dion Hogervorst. Our first colleague from TU Delft!

Below the story of our first colleague from TU Delft, Dion Hogervorst. We are proud that he has joined our team!

Dion
Since a couple of months I have started as (the first) engineer of PULSE Racing. The improvement and innovation of the bike’s mechanical aspects fall under my responsibility. Eventually I hope to design the most optimal bike that suits the needs of our athletes. Because of my background in mechanical engineering I am used to working on projects in groups of engineers only, where everyone has largely the same perspective. Therefore it is very interesting for me that most at PULSE Racing have a background in human motion sciences. This gives me the unique opportunity to get a look at the knowledge and skills that human motion scientists have. Because the engineering department of PULSE Racing is brand new, I have the freedom to tackle tasks as I find appropriate and to shape the department, which is both an advantage and a challenge.
