Sander Koomen

At the end of October our athlete Sander cycled 1.9 km with the help of FES on the road outside. We are proud of the progress that our athlete is making. Sander is currently working on a two-week power training to improve muscle strength in his legs, hopefully it will also improve the cycling speed.
In addition to this training, Sander is also experimenting with different crank lengths to see what works best for him.
